At ArkivMusic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all discs and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
